Asielrecht

If you are not safe in your own country, you can apply for asylum. An asylum seeker who has fled from his own country, for example due to a dangerous situation or violation of his rights according to the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), can apply for political asylum at an Application Center (AC). The Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) then decides on the application.
If the IND rejects the application, the asylum seeker can lodge an appeal with the court. I can assist you with these procedures. Asylum seekers who have exhausted all legal remedies and wish to submit a repeated application can of course also turn to me. It will then have to be determined whether there are enough new facts or circumstances to be able to successfully submit a new application.

Regular Immigration Law

Most foreign nationals in the Netherlands are not asylum seekers, but come to the Netherlands for another reason, for example for study, work, medical treatment or family reunification. These regular immigrants can apply for a visa or a provisional residence permit. In order to be able to work as an employee in the Netherlands, a foreign national needs a work permit through his employer and must apply for a provisional residence permit. In principle, nationals of the European Union can live and work in the Netherlands without any problems.
What are the thresholds for the legal residence of your foreign partner? How do you get a residence permit or employment permit for your foreign employee? What can you do if you receive a sanction? What can you do if a visa (short stay) is refused or if you are refused Dutch nationality (naturalization)? I can advise or assist you with these procedures.
